Pitcher of the Week (April 6-12)

- Chelsi Walls - Chaminade (So., P, R/R, 5-6, Stockton, CA/Riverbank) - swept BYU-Hawaii on April 11...posted a 2-1 week with two starts and one complete game...tossed 12.2 innings of action...the lone PacWest pitcher to earn more than one victory during the week...also hit .556 in three starts, going 5 for 9 with two RBI...had a .556 slugging rate and a .556 on-base mark...dropped a pair of sacrifice bunts.


Player of the Week (April 6-12) - Yasmeen Watkins - Grand Canyon (Sr., 2B, R/R, 5-6, Phoenix, AZ/Sunnyslope)...hit .538 in four starts, including a pair of victories vs. NCAA II power Humboldt State...was 7 for 13 with two runs scored, one double, one triple and one homer...drove in seven runs...had a 1.000 slugging percentage and a .600 on-base mark.
