Hilo, HI- The Lady Swords took on UH-Hilo tonight and fell by a score of 79 to 54. CUH not only battled the Vulcans of UH-Hilo tonight, but they also had to contend with aa loud and pumped Hilo fan base tonight in UHH Gymnasium.
Chaminade Wahine Basketball bids aloha to seniors, Samantha Saito, Jasmine Dulan and Lynette Dalle; Saito score 10 points and grabs 4 rebounds in her final collegiate game; Dulan adds 7 points and 8 boards in final debut and Dalle added 8 points and 10 rebounds in final dance as a member of the Lady Swords basketball team.
Kellene Costello leads all Chaminade teammates with 15 points and 6 rebounds.
The rebounding battle was dead even at 46 rebounds apiece. CUH connected on 58% of their free throw attempts, but struggled from behind the arch completing just 23% of their shots all game.
The Swords conclude their season at 1-23, 0-16 in Pac West play, finishing in last place. While Hawaii-Hilo finishes at 8-19, 5-11 in Pac West
