HONOLULU, HI – Chaminade Head Men's Basketball Coach
Eric Bovaird is pleased to announce the additions of
Thomas Fleming and
Amu Rosen for the 2012-13 season.
Fleming, a standout three sport athlete excelled in football, basketball and baseball in Dobbs Ferry, NY. The 6'4 guard was named All-State in New York in both 2010-11 and 2011-12 in basketball. Fleming was also an all-league standout on the football field and helped the Dobbs Ferry Eagles to the 2011 New York State Championship.

Coach Bovaird added: “Thomas is a tough, smart kid, and well -rounded athlete. He showed his versatility in High School by excelling in Basketball, Football, and Baseball. Thomas will be a great addition to our roster.”
Amu Rosen is also set to join Chaminade for the upcoming season. Rosen, a 6'3 guard from Kingwood High in Kingwood, Texas averaged 8 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists for the Mustangs.
Coach Bovaird commented: “Amu is originally from Hilo, Hawaii. He is excited about coming back to the Islands and we are excited to have him. Amu is a really good shooter and good all-around player.”
